- Diploma or ITI with 1 – 3 years of experience (Not applicable for B.E. Graduates)
- Knowledge in windows mandatory, Excel, Linux and Mac (good to have)
- Knowledge in networking, IP address, protocols
- Knowledge of electronics components, PCB
- Knowledge of soldering

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Headsets installation, Trouble shooting.
- Help customer resolve issues in endpoint exclusions
- Headset setting adjustment in windows, Unix, MAC
- Headset configuration and tunning in softphones, Video conference software, Teams, Zoom ETC
- Repair of Headsets, Adaptors
- Visits for Preventive Maintenance of products at customer sites.
