Propel – Required Qualifications & Skills :
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role in a software services environment.
- Proficient in manual testing techniques, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.
- Experience in setting up and using automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of the common application / web security and OWASP vulnerabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error, and determining levels of confidence.
- Develops experiments by applying full and fractional factorial techniques.
- Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods.
- Maintains statistical process controls by applying demerit/unit, zone charting, x2 charts for distributions and individual-medial/range for multistream processes.
- Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
