Microgenesis – Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related technical degree in C.S/IS
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or other related technical degree in C.S/I.S/MCA/MSc/MTech
- 2023 and 2022 with work experience of minimum 6 months or completion of a technical certification course with minimum duration of 6-months between 2022 – 2023
- Basic Knowledge in architecture, requirements engineering, CONOPS development, verification, test and system integration to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering
- Knowledge in scripting language such as python or perl.
- Knowledge in Windows and Linux Server administration
- Knowledge in hardware & Networking
- Good Knowledge in SDLC Lifecycle
- Good Knowledge of Unified Modelling Language
- Good knowledge in programming languages such as C++ and Java
- Knowledge in Agile Development and V-Model
- Good knowledge on Windows and Linux O.S (RHEL)
- Good communication and soft skills
- Good knowledge on STLC
- Knowledge in Linux operating system ( RHEL)
- Knowledge in Shell and Batch scripting
- Desire to automate process
- Ability to handle customer facing role
- Good Presentation, public speaking & Logical reasoning skills

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Executes basic software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with peer guidance
- Interprets architecture and design representations as well as nonfunctional requirements to develop secure, stable software against a defined architecture
- Actively applies automation to reduce manual toil in the Software Development Life Cycle
- Addresses basic code quality issues
- Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes basic data sets in service of technical troubleshooting and generating insights to drive continuous improvements
- Breaks down routine technical tasks to troubleshoot and solve issues
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
