- Familiarity with web frameworks like Rails, Typescript, Node, or serverless solutions in AWS is a PLUS.
- Track record of resourceful, iterative solutions and deftly reversible decisions.
- Clear, inclusive communication with both teammates and non-technical partners.
- A track record of strong ownership, initiative, tenacity, integrity, and humility.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Every day, you’ll tackle small-grained problems in an Agile red/green/refactor workflow.
- Every sprint, you’ll build, test and deploy complete, meaningful minor features.
- Every day, you’ll review 2x more PRs than you open.
- Every month, you’ll resolve a couple of performance and scaling bottlenecks, balancing feature development with long-term tech investments to keep the platform healthy and nimble.
