- Strong in first principle-thinking and applying analytics to real-life business problems
- Can maintain a clear communication style and coordinate with people from different teams and backgrounds.
- Effective storyteller with the ability to connect the dots and explain the crux of a situation to the stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities and deliverables while working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience with one or more data programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and interest in developing data visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, D3.Js)
- Clear fundamentals in statistics, machine learning, and data science principles are considered a plus
