Cleartax – Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred (B.COM/BBA/BBM)
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or risk role
- Knowledge of capital markets, including derivatives and/or repo product preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required
- Evaluate derivatives and financing transactions across Global Market clients, reviewing and approving risk taking across this sector
- Assess the credit and financial strength of the firm’s hedge fund, mutual fund and private equity fund counterparts by performing fundamental credit analysis of counterparties using both quantitative and qualitative factors
- Assess risk of transactions through reviews of quantitative models, portfolio analysis, stress testing, and other methods
- Perform counterparty reviews, including recommending appropriate internal risk rating for each counterparty and setting credit limits

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Research and Content Creation:
- Support the domain team in data collection and formatting.
- Enable analysis and contribute to drafting conclusions for research reports.
- Write articles on current developments in the field of law and compliance.
- Digitization Work:
- Assist clients in segregating and uploading documents.
- Organize documents into structured e-repositories using BLISS to ensure secure storage and facilitate quick retrieval of documents.
- Client Onboarding and Customer Support:
- Provide support to customers using BLISS and Clear Compass.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Assist in filling and maintaining statutory registers.
- Website Maintenance:
- Maintain and update our free-to-use website CA2013 using Word Press.
- Ensure the website content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing activities.
