- Graduate in mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering
Functional Skills:
- Quality statistics SPC, MSA, Product and process knowledge.
- Electronics components and functions.
- Analytical skill
- Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 – QMS requirements
- Data Visualization tools – Power BI, Tableau
- Good Knowledge of AIAG – Core tools

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Claims management – internal/external complaints analysis & effective closure
- QZ test planning & Execution
- PPAP & Customer visit coordination
- Active member in QGC,SE, ECR,FMEA
- Master/Limit/PY sample preparation & management.
- Support development and planning departments with quality issues.
- Preparation of In-process ,PDI check points
- Plant to Plant to Delivery – Q issue handling
- Co-coordinating in 14Q basic, ECR, 4M, QAM..
- Drive – Data Driven Quality Management at GanP
- Develop concepts to improve quality. Refine procedures, methods, and systems
