Blenheim Chalcot – Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree, BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven work experience in software development
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues (Jira, etc)
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks (like Selenium, JUnit, etc) and scripts.
- Perform regression testing and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Be able to work with platform teams to integrate tests into CI/CD.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to all stakeholders.
