- Candidate willing to work 24X7 with rostered week off (SAT-SUN not fixed)
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of Travel Geography, Ticketing & travel jargons
- Candidate must be familiar with any GDS- SABRE/Apollo/Amadeus/Galileo/Wordspan
- Candidate must be flexible with shifts
- Candidate should be a quick learner and flexible working on multiple markets/GDS
- Candidate should be flexible working from office & home both ways

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Research required information using available resources and Offer Solution to customers.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
- Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains who can best support he user,
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Create SOPs for new Issues and resolution given.
- Complete call logs and reports.
